About the Role: As the Senior Product Manager for Audit & Behavioral Analytics, you will own and drive the development and evolution of a platform that handles massive amounts of data. The Audit platform captures over 500 million records per day which are used for reporting, analytics, and AI/ML model creation/assessment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, and applied science to ensure the product meets user needs and aligns with company goals. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, data-driven decision-making, and exceptional communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
236 000 and 354 000PLN
The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.

Product Ownership & Strategy
- Drive product discovery: Run continuous discovery using qualitative and quantitative methods to identify critical customer problems and measure the value and opportunity cost of solutions.
- Define and execute roadmaps: Create and update product roadmaps and strategies that tie product work to domain-level goals and clearly communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership.
- Measure success: Identify, track, and report on key product metrics. Work with engineering and UX to define quarterly OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) that articulate team goals.
- Support development teams: Create and manage a backlog of validated, actionable stories for your team and engage in sprint rituals.
- Iterate rapidly: Break down large projects into manageable, iterative releases with clear milestones and measurable results.
- Partner with engineering: Partner with your engineering team to ensure deliverables meet our high standards for scalability, reliability, observability, and security.
- Lead tradeoff decision-making: Engage stakeholders and engineering partners in discussions about large cloud-native data storage and search systems, create cost models to drive prioritization decisions.
- Simplify complex topics: Translate technical conversations and decisions to less technical audiences, internal and external, to create clarity with stakeholders.
- Share context: Clearly articulate the “why” behind product decisions to foster alignment and buy-in from internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives: Drive and participate in various cross-functional programs, ensuring that your teams’ work is represented well and contributing to overall program success.
- Partner to drive adoption: Ensure that internal teams understand our product priorities and delivery status while partnering with them to drive adoption from customers.
- 7+ years of experience in product management building custom software.
- Experience with behavioral analytics platforms and concepts, including user workflow definition, value funnel creation, and revenue attribution.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Proven track record of using design thinking and iterative software development processes.
- Significant experience with data analysis, including the ability to use data to analyze and monitor product health, set goals, back up assumptions, and track success.
- Familiarity with cloud data storage systems like ADLS and AWS S3, and cloud analytics patterns like the data lakehouse and medallion architecture.
