About the Role

We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the development of AI-driven digital health platforms that transform the way clinicians make decisions. You’ll be at the center of building smart, scalable, and regulatory-compliant solutions designed to support healthcare professionals globally.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and communicate the product vision across teams
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from idea to launch, within an Agile/Scrum framework
• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog aligned with business and user needs
• Collaborate closely with software developers, UX/UI designers, and data scientists
• Ensure the product meets quality, compliance, and usability standards, especially for international healthcare markets
• Incorporate user feedback and adapt the product to target regions such as Germany and the Netherlands

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in SaaS or AI-based platforms
• Solid experience in Agile product development practices
• Preferably background in healthcare tech, clinical decision support, or regulated digital products
• Fluent in English – both written and spoken
• German or Dutch proficiency is a strong plus
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other product management tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• User-focused, analytical mindset with a deep understanding of product design and impact
