API Support Consultant

Job Title - API Support consultant

Location - Remote

Duration - 6+ Months

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience working with Infor ERP (preferably Infor CloudSuite / LN / M3 / Syteline) and its integration tools (ION, API Gateway, BODs, etc.).
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, or other web services.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in PHP (Laravel framework) and JavaScript frameworks, particularly React.js and Node.js.
• Solid experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Experience with Infor M3 APIs.
• Familiarity with database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server) and data mapping/transformation.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve API issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple support tickets and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on deliver
