Your Contribution to CTG:-

We are searching for a Technology Director, with over 15 years of experience in the Telco Industry (Network & IT), possesses a comprehensive understanding of CTG portfolio and underlying technologies. This role will integrate multiple disciplines to shape the future digital-native telco across CTG portfolio. As a recognized authority both internally and externally on leading-edge technologies, the Technology Director collaborates closely with the CTG leadership team to open new business opportunities and advancing product features while representing CTG with Telco C-level customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

Customer Engagement:

• Build trusted advisor relationships with Telco C-level to understand their unique requirements and challenges Telco Industry (Network & IT).
• Represents CTG at the biggest WW Telco Customer organizations/groups (i.e. GSMA, CFCA, … ).

Solution Leadership:

• Design, estimate, present, and implement robust solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Provide technical and strategic input during the pre-sales process to ensure alignment with customer expectations.

Industry Visibility:

• Represent HCLTech-CTG at industry events, conferences, and webinars to position our solutions as best-in-class.
• Develop content, including white papers, blogs, and case studies, to promote HCLTech-CTG expertise in telco industry

Collaboration:

• Work cross-functionally with sales, product development, and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Provide feedback to internal teams to continuously refine and innovate our offerings.

Technical Expertise Required:-

• Proficient in telecommunication systems, with a deep understanding of data-driven business applications.
• Expertise in cloud data platforms (e.g., GCP), cloud architecture, and related ecosystems.
• Advanced knowledge of big data technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Kafka, and databases.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques, Python coding, and data science methodologies.
• Skilled in data management, OLAP reporting, and advanced analytics, with the ability to implement complex event processing systems.

Key Qualifications & Experience:-

• Over 15+ years of experience as a solution architect/presales/business development in the Telco industry (Network & IT).
• WW experience while having focus and deep knowledge in EMEA market.
• Already recognized by customers and telco communities as a trusted advisor.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages is highly valued, with Arabic considered a distinguishing asset.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
• Proven track record of working with customers in both presales and delivery phases.
• Strategic thinker who can identify industry trends and align them with organizational goals.
• Passionate about technology and committed to staying ahead in the fast-evolving in the Telco industry spaces.
