Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team and help us optimize our delivery operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in data-driven decision-making, and a passion for improving operational processes. If you are not afraid of numbers and on-ground experience, then you are a perfect fit.

(Some Of) What You Will Be Doing

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify optimization opportunities and execute from start to finish.
• Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance operational performance.
• Collaborate with Core Verticals teams to gather requirements, provide data-driven insights and lead projects on operational performance improvement.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance metrics.
  
  

Attitude matters most but do you have any of these?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations and data analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, BI tools and in Microsoft Power Point.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
