Job Overview

We are looking for a strategic and driven Senior Product Manager to lead key initiatives within our product team, specializing in the courier app and its system integration. This role demands a leader adept at balancing product innovation with practical implementation, ensuring our offerings not only meet current market demands but also anticipate future trends. As a Senior PM, you will be challenged to revolutionize the courier experience with a best-in-class SaaS architecture, guiding the teams over short lifecycle product releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies that align with the company’s business goals and market opportunities.
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation through launch and beyond, ensuring the delivery of innovative and market-leading features.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment across all phases of product development.
• Prioritize product backlog and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of product enhancements and new features.
• Utilize A/B testing, user research, and market analysis to gather insights, validate concepts, and continuously improve the product offering.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and make data-driven decisions for future iterations.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by mentoring junior product managers and advocating for best practices in product management across the organization.
• Serve as a key communicator, articulating the product vision and progress to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Promote the use of Agile, Kanban and/or Scrum methodologies.
  
  

Who You Are

• 5+ years in product management or equivalent experience.
• Strong background in Agile management practices and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in basic user research skills, creating surveys and conducting user interviews.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, non-structured environments and capable of managing crises effectively.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Degree in Science, Engineering, Management, Economics, or Finance.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and a strategic mindset.
• Fluency in English is essential.
