Principal Process Engineer

Job Title: Principal Engineer (Process)

Location: Doha, Qatar

Primary Purpose of the Job

1. :Monitor, analyze, and benchmark operational performance of LNG Sales Gas PSA and JV Operators to identify deficiencies and recommend action plans to optimize product yields, energy efficiency, cost, and facility reliability/availability
2. .Provide technical support to the Asset Manager for informed decision-making by analyzing relevant data and submitting recommendations

Principal Accountabilitie

1. s:Implement and monitor mass and energy balance systems across LNG North JV facilities; identify improvements and verify data accurac
2. y.Support initiatives to reduce flaring and GHG emission
3. s.Assist in implementing climate strategy and sustainability policie
4. s.Lead audits of mass/energy balance processes to ensure proper design and compliance with standard
5. s.Use HYSYS or similar software to simulate processes and validate operational performanc
6. e.Evaluate concept selection studies to ensure best practice design and safety complianc
7. e.Coordinate engineering designs, develop scopes for projects, and evaluate technical bid
8. s.Analyze test-run and operational history to set performance benchmarks and support plannin
9. g.Monitor production and shutdown data using tools to identify reliability trends and debottlenecking opportunitie
10. s.Apply internal benchmarking tools to assess cost efficiency and identify OPEX/CAPEX improvement
11. s.Share lessons learned and improve process design across venture
12. s.Identify optimization and synergy opportunities to reduce costs and carbon footprin
13. t.Mentor and train Qatari engineers as part of Qatarization development goal

1. ce:B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, with a minimum of 15 years in oil & gas operations, including at least 5 years in LNG operatio
