Job Title: Sr. Principal Engineer (Process)

Location: Doha, Qatar

Primary Purpose of the Job

1. :Monitor, analyze, and benchmark operational performance of PSA and JV Operators of GTL assets to identify deficiencies and influence implementation of actions to improve product yields, energy efficiency, cost, and facility integrity, reliability, and availability
2. .Support Asset Manager in daily governance and decision-making. Drive asset management strategy through data analysis and stakeholder engagement

Principal Accountabilitie

1. s:Apply Asset Management framework to GTL JV and DPSA assets and support asset manage
2. r.Support development of long-term strategy and yearly influencing plans aligned with asset strateg
3. y.Engage OpCo to identify/implement initiatives to improve performance and mitigate risk
4. s.Analyze annual Work Program & Budget (WP&B) and drive cost optimizatio
5. n.Benchmark operational performance and identify improvement area
6. s.Drive climate strategy and sustainability goal
7. s.Promote and implement HSSE improvement
8. s.Influence sustainable operational excellence strategy for integrity and reliabilit
9. y.Evaluate OpCo proposals for scope, cost, and schedule competitivenes
10. s.Review board resolutions and provide recommendations; participate in JV sub-committee
11. s.Lead continuous improvement and transfer of lessons learned; develop asset management standard
