Role Overview

Our Client is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex R&D activities with a strong focus on AI. In this role, you will manage several high-impact projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with business objectives, and effective collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.

You’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams — including AI and robotics experts, software engineers, and key stakeholders — to turn innovative ideas into real solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of product ownership, technical understanding, task and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and define project requirements
• Contribute to architectural design discussions
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules
• Manage project resources and team capacity
• Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies when needed
• Provide regular progress reports to CEO, COO, and CTO
• Oversee testing and ensure successful delivery of AI solutions

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in project management
• Upper-intermediate English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of modern technology and development practices
• Familiarity with both front-end and back-end processes
• Experience creating roadmaps and delivery presentations
• Passion for AI technologies and eagerness to learn and grow

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience managing projects involving custom AI models (not just third-party APIs)
• Experience with mobile or XR development
• Background in software development or QA
• Engineering degree
