noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

About the role:

Join Noon’s dynamic team as a passionate Product Designer to work on and lead diverse projects within our Fulfillment/Supply chain charter. This role promises hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment, shaping the future of quick commerce.

What you'll do:

• Develop deep domain expertise in your squad's product area to effectively address user pain points.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive innovation in supply chain solutions, optimizing for efficiency and performance.
• Lead user research, usability testing, and feedback collection to refine and enhance product designs.
• Establish and maintain a design system for all internal supply chain applications, ensuring a best-in-class user experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to clearly communicate concepts and design ideas

What you'll need:

• 2-3 years of experience in Product Designer role
• Proficiency in Figma, with advanced skills and a deep understanding of its capabilities.
• Extensive experience in user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, adept at leading and working in diverse teams.
• Preferably supply experience in quick commerce/e-commerce
• Proven track record of solving complex problems and delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Supply chain background will be a big plus.
