Senior Frontend Developer - React

Great opportunity to work for a growing, fast paced Financial Services company with Enterprise level software that is in huge demand by their customers.

Our client is not a Bank, and not a start up, but a well established business that operates lean, where you get an opportunity to really show who you are and a place where your ideas are heard and valued!

We are partnering on an exclusive basis with our client and will be looking to hire the following positions:

1 x Senior Frontend Engineer (React/Redux)

2 x Senior Software Engineer (Backend or Fullstack / Java & Springboot)

2 x Juniors/Mid Level Software Engineers (Full Stack - Java/React)

Important bits:

Location: Melbourne CBD (3 office days per week)

Salary:

Mid to Senior: $130K+Super - $160K+Super (depending on experience)

Junior: $100K+Super - $120K+Super (depending on experience)

Eligibility: Must have Full Working Rights

Key Criteria:

• Minimum 10 years experience in Software Development ideally the past 8+ years with React + Redux.
• Some AWS & Java experience (Nice to have)
• The Senior Software Developer will take accountability of the solution delivery within the squad through hands on development, mentoring and enhancing internal standards to produce quality outcomes.
• Experience working in an AGILE/SCRUM team.
• As a Senior, we expect you to come with some mentoring experience and examples of times you've helped Juniors.
• We are looking for Engineers with a mindset of always wanting to explore and not just take orders but happy to question things, suggest better ways of working, have a voice in the team!
• General curiosity and wanting to find out more; wanting to resolve the type of things that keep you up at night :-)

Growth:

Great career opportunity for someone who is looking to work in a smaller team (Yet corporate), have a bit more influence over how things will be done, but still work at Enterprise level. Next step up could be Squad Lead or move across to Architecture. The sky is the limit!
