To accommodate our growth, Nipro EMEA is looking for a BI Analyst/Engineer who is dynamic, hands-on, and collaborative to join us in our Data Analytics team, based in our European headquarters office in Mechelen, Belgium.


About the role

You will be working in a team that designs, develops, and maintains data warehouses and data lakes. You will integrate various data sources, develop interactive dashboards, and analyse large datasets to provide valuable business insights.


What you’ll do

  • Design, develop, and maintain data warehouses and data lakes.
  • Integrate various data sources ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports to visualize insights.
  • Analyse large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with departments to understand data needs.
  • Document data processes and support data-related queries.


What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a BI analyst/engineer.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL and/or Python.
  • Experience with Azure, Snowflake, and PowerBI.
  • Hands-on mentality and proactive mindset.
