Reporting directly to the Senior Manager Human Resources Administrative, you’ll own all things HR and make our Brussels team thrive. Your main responsibilities include:

✅ Policy Development: Define and develop HR policies aligned with Belgian labor laws (with guidance from law firms).

✅ Payroll Optimization: Manage payroll processes (familiarity with a payroll provider is a big plus!) and liaise with external tax providers.

✅ Recruitment Leadership: Drive talent acquisition; handle everything from sourcing to salary negotiations.

✅ Employee Development: Lead training and development initiatives to upskill our team.

✅ Compliance & Coordination: Collaborate with partners (law firms, tax services, prevention & protection teams) to ensure smooth HR operations.

✅ Performance and Attendance Management: Structure and manage appraisals while optimizing efficiency.

✅ Ad Hoc Projects: Work on exciting projects that cross multiple HR functions!

About YOU 🦸

We’re looking for a proactive and reliable HR expert with:

🔹 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR operations and payroll.

🔹 A Bachelor’s degree (HR or similar is a plus).

🔹 Fluency in English + French or Dutch.

🔹 Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail (payroll can get tricky!).
