YOUR ROLE AS A DATA ANALYST

As a Data Analyst at Cleeven, you will contribute to high-impact data initiatives across financial and industrial sectors. You’ll play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights. Your responsibilities will include:

• Requirement analysis: Understand and synthesize functional and technical needs.
• Data asset analysis: Evaluate available datasets, identify gaps, and define data strategies.
• Statistical modeling: Define models (PCA, logistic regression, random forest, etc.) tailored to business challenges.
• Data sourcing: Collect, structure, and consolidate data from various internal and external sources.
• Tool implementation: Work with tools and languages such as R, Python, SAS, SPSS to implement models.
• Performance optimization: Fine-tune algorithms for accuracy and efficiency.
• Result interpretation: Present findings in a clear, actionable manner for stakeholders.
• Tech watch: Stay current on Big Data, machine learning, and statistical innovation.
• Solution qualification: Participate in validating data-driven solutions for production deployment.

WHO YOU ARE

You’re curious, analytical, and solution-oriented — and ready to put data at the heart of decision-making.

Your ideal profile:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Fluent in English + Dutch and/or French (trilingual is a major asset)
• Experience with data tools such as Python, R, SQL, SAS, Power BI, Tableau...
• Familiar with statistical methods and machine learning fundamentals
• Autonomous, adaptable, and a collaborative team player
• A first experience in the financial sector is a plus
