HR Digital Solutions Coordinator

We are looking for an organized and tech-savvy HR Digital Solutions Coordinator to join our People Team. This role is key to ensuring smooth and impactful employee experiences across the full employee lifecycle through the smart use of HR platforms, insightful reporting, and process optimization.

You will work closely with the Global People Team and other stakeholders to enhance onboarding, recruitment, learning, performance management, and data reporting through our HR & Talent Management systems.

What will you be doing?

You’ll support and optimize key stages of the employee lifecycle by:

• Managing and improving onboarding, recruitment, learning, and performance processes via our HR platforms.
• Creating clear, insightful reports that support decision-making across the People Team.
• Ensuring data integrity, access, and system usability across platforms.
• Leading projects to enhance platform functionality and employee engagement.

Does this sound like you?

• Experience with HRIS platforms and digital HR tools (e.g., Cornerstone on Demand, SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP, BambooHR, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with HR data and reporting.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for improving systems and processes.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a dynamic environment.
• A collaborative team player with good communication skills.
