Esssence Of The Role

Sinch is looking for an experienced Product Excellence Manager to support the evolution of our product portfolio by synchronizing our product lifecycle management and daily product operations practices and enabling product teams to build, launch and run outstanding products.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring, maintenance and enhancement of our product quality and cost improvement
• Identify opportunities for client traffic increase, either in our existing offerings or by identifying it through traffic analysis
• Work closely with Procurement and Sales teams to help them find suitable routing for Sinch clients
• Collect client feedback and translate it into Product requirements
• Communicate quality metrics and testing outcomes to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with SMS market-specific standards (e.g. country regulations, supported features, etc.)
• Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvements to enhance service and cost-effectiveness for our products
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3 years + of Product Management experience in Telecommunications industry
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Develop and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Be based in Germany/Munich.
