The Project Manager PMO - Standards is supporting to increase the efficiency within the projects through mutually defined, smart, supportive and sustainable processes, methods, tools and manuals.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create specification documents
• Moderate alignment meetings with the stakeholders
• Create/adapt Word, Excel, Powerpoint templates
• Create/adapt internal, official processes
• Create/adapt internal, official Manuals
• Coordinate/organize/support the maintenance and further development of the project management SW
• Create test plans/reports and/or coordinate external testing
• Give and gather feedback
• Inform proactive about the current status

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree in a technical or business field
• Excellent knowledge of current project management methods & tools (e.g. PjM-Software)
• Project certifications advantageous (e.g. PMI “PMP”)
• Experience in the area of process management
• Strong communicator, facilitator, and moderator (able to build bridges)
• Enjoys working in an intercultural and global team
• Business English and German are mandatory
