Software Engineer

A leading tech giant based in Cork are seeking to bolster their team with a talented, solution focused Software Developer.

What to expect from this role role:

• Problem solving, optimise existing software and enable new architectural features.
• Wide range of focus; Linux kernel, security, efficiency, boot firmware, low-level libraries and more.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Computer Science, Engineering etc) and 4+ years experience in Software Engineering/relevant sector
• Ideally Masters/PhD in a related field and 2/3+ years work experience
• Exceptional problem solving skills and communication skills
• Possess a deep understanding of Linux kernel
• Experienced with programming languages such as C, C++, Java or Python
