JOB MISSION:
We are seeking a Digital Analytics Manager EMEA to join our EMEA Direct to Consumer organization, headquartered in Amsterdam. As a Digital Analytics Manager, you will lead a team of two (Web Analyst and Digital Business Analyst) to drive data-informed decision-making across our eCommerce and marketplace businesses. You will be responsible for web analytics and BI, ensuring our digital performance insights drive growth, efficiency, and customer engagement.
Improve analytics, user experience, and revenue by working with Digital, Marketing, IT, and Technology teams. The role will analyze website/marketplace partner performance to develop a deeper understanding of customer behavior, marketing and site performance, audience attributes and segmentation, and path to purchase as well as financial/business metrics.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics team (Web Analyst & Digital Business Analyst).
- Foster a data-driven culture, ensuring insights are integrated into business decision-making.
- Prioritize team workload and projects based on business needs and impact.
- Gather requirements then lead the prioritization, design, build and deployment BI solutions to all key business partners.
- Review the design, structure and methodologies currently used for reporting and find opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Support the business team to produce daily, weekly and monthly business reports
- Oversee website and customer journey analytics, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and optimization.
- Work closely with CRO, UX, product, and marketing teams to improve digital performance.
- Own performance analytics for marketplaces (Zalando, ASOS, etc.) and direct eCommerce.
- Partner with business stakeholders to track and optimize sales performance, channel attribution, and profitability.
- Identify trends and opportunities for growth based on customer data, purchase behavior, and inventory insights.
- Ensure alignment between web analytics and backend data to provide a comprehensive view of business performance.
- Work closely with Regional and Global BI teams to enhance data infrastructure, dashboards, and reporting automation.
- Leverage data models and predictive analytics to inform strategy and forecasting.
- Relevant years of experience in digital analytics, eCommerce analytics, or BI-related roles.
- Expertise in Python or SQL is essential, along with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.), and tag management (GTM, Tealium, etc.).
- Good experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, or other web analytics tools.
- Experience working with marketplace data with ecommerce retailers is a plus.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, CRO, attribution modeling, and customer segmentation.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical teams.
- Demonstrable ability to lead and develop a team.
- Passion for the industry is welcome, but more importantly an enthusiasm with data analytics is desired.
