A high-impact government program is seeking a Senior Python Developer to lead the development of real estate-focused applications within a strategic IT transformation team.

Tech Stack Highlights:

🔧 Python, Django, JavaScript, PostgreSQL

🔧 CI/CD: Jenkins, Docker, GitLab

🔧 Bonus: Airflow, GIS, geo/spatial data experience

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of secure, scalable web applications
• Guide and mentor team members to ensure code quality and efficiency
• Draft and advise on technical solution designs
• Translate user stories into working features
• Continuously improve software and development processes
• Ensure smooth delivery via CI/CD pipelines
• Work within a secure, on-premise hosting environment (no public cloud)

Your Profile:

✔ 8-10 years full-stack experience (Python, Django, JS, PostgreSQL)

✔ Skilled in CI/CD tooling and secure development practices

✔ Background in public sector or data-sensitive environments a plus

✔ Dutch-speaking and hybrid-available from the The Hague region
