Game Producer

We’re seeking a Senior Game Producer with proven expertise in managing digital projects and the ability to align teams, timelines, and goals across complex creative initiatives.

You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team that creates impactful, interactive experiences – from serious games to digital tools focused on behavior change and learning. This is a space where innovation, purpose, and storytelling come together.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the full lifecycle of interactive projects, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are on point
• Act as the main contact for clients – guiding them with empathy, structure, and clarity
• Collaborate with designers, developers, artists, and external partners to make sure the vision comes to life
• Translate abstract goals into concrete concepts and practical plans
• Lead workshops and co-creation sessions to shape meaningful solutions
• Keep an eye on the long-term relationship with clients while delivering immediate project goals
• Work on impactful projects that go beyond entertainment

What you bring:

• Proven experience as a Producer, Project Manager, or Product Owner in a creative or tech environment
• A knack for managing complex projects and client relationships with a calm and structured approach
• Strong communication skills (English required, Dutch is a plus)
• Affinity with games, digital tools, or e-learning is a big bonus
• Comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams and creative processes
