Project Manager – Structured Products & PPA (m/f)

We are looking for a Project Manager – Structured Products & PPA to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) projects. This role will be responsible for managing internal and external communication with PPA partners, ensuring smooth execution, and driving decision-making on commercial models.

Your responsibilities:

Project Management & Execution

• Manage the full lifecycle of structured product and PPA projects—from origination to execution and post-signing follow-up.
• Act as the central point of contact between PPA partners, legal, risk, IT, and trading teams.
• Ensure all contractual obligations, approvals, and compliance requirements are met.
• Track key project milestones, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks in the process and implement solutions for efficiency improvements.

Stakeholder Communication & Coordination

• Lead communication with external PPA partners to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Manage internal stakeholder alignment, ensuring all teams are updated on project status.
• Present project progress, risks, and key decisions to senior management and partners.
• Support contract negotiations to optimize deal terms and mitigate risks.

PPA Pricing & Offer Development (Deal Structuring & Pricing)

• Prepare PPA pricing models for potencial PPA projects, factoring in market trends, risk exposure, and commercial viability.
• Manage the offer preparation, ensuring all teams are updated on price model and pricing.

Knowledge and skills:

• At least a level VI. education in economics, law, electrical engineering, or another relevant field.
• Organizational skills, precision, decisiveness, and a team-oriented mindset.
• High motivation and a desire for development and learning about energy markets.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• A high level of focus on work tasks and commitment to achieving common goals.
• Well-developed communication and presentation skills, as well as fluency in English.
