Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically in contributing to the Digital Onboarding Journey, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Group Technology.

You’ll get to

• collaborate with the business to assess opportunities for creating applications and AI developments
• analyze data to optimize the manufacturing process
• support engineering projects in the pilot plan
• create efficiencies with room for experimentation to try new things and implement industry best practices
  
  

Your team

Our team, consisting of competent, friendly and helpful employees in Switzerland, India, Singapore and the Philippines, maintains and develops a series of exciting applications for the definition, recommendation and selection of banking products, management of banking packages for clients and relationship managers, the opening of bank accounts and other specialized functions (instructions, endorsements, etc.).

Our teams interest also expands to increase developer efficiency by automation.

This will give you insight into many of the central processes of our Win a bank and learn what happens behind the curtain. Our applications are based on modern technologies and include solutions for a variety of technical challenges, giving you the opportunity to expand and deepen your technical and professional know-how.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who

• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree), preferably in a MINT topic
• has analytical skills and a data driven mindset
  
  

Know-how Gained In Java, React And Other Front-end Technologies

• has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
