ALTEN Sweden is currently seeking skilled and motivated System Engineers to join our dynamic team, contributing to cutting-edge projects in radio communication, tactical radio, satellite and control systems. You will work closely with different domains and be part of strategic technology transfers and platform integrations for national defense operations.

About the Role

• Location: Sweden (Linköping, Stockholm, Arboga)
• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Clearance Requirement: OTAN citizenship

We are seeking

• Radio systems (antennas, modulation, 4G/5G, MIMO)
• Satellite communications (SATCOM, microwaves, signal behavior)
• Tactical radio (design, integration, network planning)

What We Believe You Need to Succeed:

• A Master of Science degree in engineering, such as Telecommunications, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a similar field
• More than 4 years of professional work experience
• Strong skills in English
• Experience in communications/radio is considered a merit
