B2B: max 1050 net/MD + VAT (based on experience)

UOP: max 15 000 PLN/gross

Workplace: Hybrid in Wrocław, Poland (2days/week from the office)

About the project:

• You’ll join a collaborative and innovative team working on machine learning and AI solutions that support data-driven decision-making. The goal is to build scalable ML models and intelligent systems that transform raw data into actionable insights – impacting key business areas. We focus on both predictive modeling and real-time data processing, using modern MLOps frameworks and cloud-based environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends
• Modeling: Develop predictive models and algorithms to solve complex business problems, using various ML approaches
• Communication: Clearly communicate insights to stakeholders and gather input for future development
• Insight generation: Translate raw data into meaningful business insights

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on industry experience in ML, AI, MLOps, or data science projects
• Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Bioinformatics)
• Strong knowledge of supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques
• Experience with recommendation systems is a plus
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, Keras, TensorFlow, OpenCV)
• Knowledge of MLOps frameworks and model deployment (including cloud-based pipelines)
• Experience with agile software development, Git, and Azure DevOps
