Operation Executive & Analyst

Job Purpose

Support ENOC Aviation’s operations and growth by managing supply plans, analyzing business performance, and coordinating projects. Ensure efficient fuel supply, align marketing and operations, and lead improvements with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Supply Coordination

• Develop and manage supply plans to meet aviation fuel demand.
• Coordinate between operations and marketing to align business needs.
• Support and execute new initiatives and process improvements.

Business & Financial Analysis

• Monitor performance and prepare financial and operational reports.
• Conduct feasibility studies, economic modeling, and market analysis.
• Support project evaluations through Stage Gate processes and reporting.

Project & Strategy Support

• Help manage project documentation and ensure alignment with strategy.
• Prepare presentations, handle contractor queries, and share best practices.
• Support budget preparation and forecasting with finance and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
• 6+ years in business/financial analysis, preferably in oil or aviation.
• Strong understanding of supply chains and aviation fuel operations.
• Excellent in analysis, communication, Excel, and reporting.
• Fluent in English (Arabic a plus).
