About The Role

We’re looking for a fast-moving, concept-to-launch creative who can stretch across brand, product, and marketing design. You’ll refine and evolve The Rundown’s visual identity, then carry it through every touchpoint—AI University’s platform site, our Webflow home page, newsletter layouts, social banners, course thumbnails, and more.

You'll work hand-in-hand with our creative team, product, growth, and editorial, mapping user flows in Figma, creating responsive Webflow pages that convert, and ensuring the entire experience feels cohesive. Beyond pixels, you’ll jump in to punch up headlines, micro-copy, and CTAs so the story lands as strongly as the visuals.

Our ideal candidate

• 2+ yrs brand, product, or marketing design (agency or fast-growing startup).
• Fluent in Figma (components, auto-layout), Webflow (CMS, interactions), and Adobe CC.
• A portfolio showing you can move from concept sketches to polished shipping assets, bonus if it includes media or ed-tech work.
• Copy chops: you can tighten taglines, write alt text, and protect voice.
• Familiar with basic HTML/CSS, comfy handing off to engineers.
• Speed > polish when deadlines loom, but you know when to sweat the kerning.
• Self-directed, async-friendly, feedback-hungry.
• Extra credit: you already read The Rundown or binge-watch brand teardown videos on YouTube.
