Creative & Graphic Design. Responsible for creating and delivering visually compelling content that reflects the brand’s identity, boosts customer engagement, and supports business goals. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in graphic design, digital and print media, and creative leadership, with experience managing a design team and working collaboratively across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a visually engaging strategy that reinforces the company’s brand identity and marketing goals.
- Drive the development of high-quality content across multiple platforms, including print, digital, social media, packaging, and advertising.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of designers, building a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and content teams to transform business objectives into impactful visual designs.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of design projects, meeting deadlines, staying true to brand guidelines, and maintaining good standards.
- Work alongside retail teams to create and implement in-store visual merchandising strategies that elevate the customer experience and align with the brand’s aesthetic.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging design technologies, and competitor strategies to drive continuous creative evolution.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including agencies, freelancers, and print vendors.
- Evaluate performance through A/B testing, user tests, and analytical reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of creative & graphic design experience, with 3 or more years of leadership experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
- Ability to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
- Experienced in building and maintaining strong brand identities.
- Well versed in digital marketing, UI/UX design, typography, color theory, and print production.
- Lead multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Understand and make good use of visual merchandising principles, retail display design, and in-store brand storytelling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proven leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset to help guide and build a creative team.
