UX UI Design Specialist

Summary

Lots of collaboration and problem-solving, as part of a fast-moving, creative and cross-functional team that involves product, design, experience, DevOps, back-end development; and most importantly, strategic, commercial, and customer obsession.

Major Responsibilities

• Develop a deep empathy and understanding for what, why and how our clients do what they do.
• Be a research ninja who loves talking to customers, testing concepts & prototypes using tools such as Axure.
• Create delightful customer journeys on our cross platform mobile experience.
• Conduct remote or onsite usability testing, to ensure that we make decisions based on data & insights – a slayer of subjective opinions.
• Constantly and consistently, collaborate and communicate with clients, subject-matter experts, stakeholders and the wider team.
• Learn & experiment with new domains, new methodologies, and the future of banking.
• As a small team member, help shape our environment - bring your own passions, ideas and fun to the team.
• Work closely with stakeholders to drive the best customer experience and outcomes.
