Technical Support Engineer – Procash Application

We have an urgent requirement for Technical Support Engineer – Procash Application is required for one of our banking client in Abu Dhabi, UAE
Experience in Providing Level 2/3 technical support for the Procash application is MUST to apply for this role
The first round is online test on Gorilla for 1.5 hours. Candidates ready to give rest, shall only apply .
Banking Domain Is Highly Preferred
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Technical Support Engineer to join our team and provide exceptional support for the Procash application. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Kony (Temenos Infinity) development, Java, and mobile application technologies. You will be responsible for diagnosing technical issues, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless application performance and support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2/3 technical support for the Procash application, ensuring quick turnaround for incident resolution and root cause analysis.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and UAT environments.
Work extensively on applications built with Kony (Temenos Infinity) platform – identify, debug, and resolve mobile and backend issues.
Analyze Java backend services and APIs for performance, integration, and error resolution.
Monitor application logs, alerts, and metrics to proactively identify and prevent issues.
Maintain detailed documentation of issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions using internal ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
Participate in application deployments and post-release support activities.
Assist QA and Dev teams in replicating and resolving defects.
Continuously improve support processes and share knowledge through documentation and training.
