Senior Software Engineer (Java/C++/Python/C#/Golang) - Tier 1 Quantitative Hedge Fund (Cross Asset) - Singapore/Hong Kong

BAH Partners are currently hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join a leading global investment firm with over $21B AUM to play a key role in rebuilding their next-generation post-trade processing platform. Based in Singapore (preferred) or Hong Kong, you’ll design and scale a cloud-native, event-driven system handling all traded assets, aiming for 100X scalability over the next 3–4 years.

Core Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement a horizontally scalable, event-driven trade processing system using C# (primary), Kafka, DynamoDB, and AWS.
• Lead the integration of equities/futures workflows and automate post-trade tasks for end users.
• Collaborate globally with teams in the UK, US, and Hong Kong to deliver high-volume, low-latency solutions.

Technical Requirements:

• Languages: Language agnostic, they are open to candidates from a Java/C++/Python/Golang/Rust background, who are willing to work in C#
• Systems Design: Senior hires need event-based architecture (Kafka/RabbitMQ) and distributed systems expertise. Junior hires require strong cloud (AWS preferred) skills.
• Tech Stack: AWS serverless, DynamoDB, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Octopus).
• Bonus: React/web experience (not required) or familiarity with FIX protocol/financial markets.
