Our first product, Wispr Flow, has become the first consumer voice dictation platform to break the keyboard barrier: making people use voice more than their keyboards.

We're looking for a Product Designer to join our growing design team. What You'll Do

• Spearhead design initiatives that shape the future of our product ecosystem, with a focus on intuitive and seamless voice experiences
• Craft delightful user experiences that solve complex problems across various platforms, including voice interfaces
• Collaborate closely with product / engineering / research to design elegant experiences
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures consistency across our products, including best practices for voice interface design
• Conduct user research and usability tests to validate design decisions and gather insights
• Create high-fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions
• Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous learning
• Present design concepts to executive leadership, articulating the rationale behind your choices
• Participate in strategic product discussions, bringing a user-centered perspective to decision-making

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in product design, preferably with consumer apps and high-growth environments
• A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to solve complex design problems across platforms
• Solid understanding of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) fundamentals and user-centered design principles
• A systems thinker who can design scalable solutions that work across multiple platforms and devices
• A data-driven approach, leveraging analytics and user feedback to inform design decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design rationales to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Keen eye for typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Desire for working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
