Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer with a strong background in Power BI, Microsoft CRM, and full-stack development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, demonstrating proficiency in building scalable, efficient, and user-centric applications. This role requires someone capable of collaborating across cross-functional teams and contributing to the architecture and development of enterprise-level solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain interactive and insightful Power BI dashboards and reports.
Integrate and customize solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM to support business needs.
Develop and maintain frontend applications using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and Ant Design UI library.
Build robust backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software on schedule.
Optimize performance, scalability, and security of applications.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills And Experience

5+ years of full-stack development experience in enterprise-grade applications.
Proven experience with Power BI: dashboard creation, data modeling, and DAX.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft CRM: customization, configuration, and plugin development.
Proficiency in frontend technologies:

React.js
Next.js
TypeScript
Ant Design UI

Strong backend development skills in:

Java
Spring Boot

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
Familiarity with DevOps tools and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
Prior experience in integrating third-party systems or APIs.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
