Backend Java Developer

Salary range: Rs 700000 - Rs 2400000 (ie INR 7-24 LPA)

We are seeking a highly motivated Backend Java Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join a dynamic and fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, with hands-on experience in building scalable and robust backend systems on AWS infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-grade applications, solve complex technical challenges, and interface with top-tier clients.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance public-facing APIs and backend services.
Design and implement distributed components using Java, ensuring fault tolerance and scalability.
Create and evolve frameworks and design patterns for enterprise-scale applications.
Work closely with customers, including Fortune 500 companies, to understand strategic requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
Participate in defining technical requirements, design discussions (HLD/LLD), and implementation plans.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and asynchronous systems.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance for backend systems.
Stay current with the latest technology trends and integrate best practices to maximize system efficiency and reliability.
Provide day-to-day technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and continuous delivery.
Be flexible to work from client locations based on project demands.

Required Skills:

Strong programming experience in Java and Spring Boot.
Proficient in designing and building Microservices architectures.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and common Design Patterns.
In-depth knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code.
Experience with AWS and cloud-native application development.
Skilled in RESTful API development, distributed systems, and asynchronous processing.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, and DevOps best practices.
Capable of translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with big data technologies such as Kafka, Spark, or Hadoop.
Exposure to application support, integration development, and production systems.
Knowledge of parallel processing environments and job automation
