Product designer

As a Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping our product's user experience and visual direction. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design thoughtful, user-friendly, and scalable solutions. You will be expected to take ownership of design problems from start to finish—from discovery and ideation to prototyping and implementation.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end design efforts across web and mobile platforms.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions.
Translate insights into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and user flows.
Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
Advocate for design best practices and consistency across products and platforms.
Use data and feedback to continuously iterate and improve product experiences.
Participate in design critiques and contribute to the evolution of our design system.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

4-5 years of professional experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions, visual design, and problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and responsive design.
Experience working closely with product managers and engineers to deliver usable, valuable, and feasible products.
Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain design rationale clearly.
Attention to detail and a passion for creating clean, beautiful, and user-friendly interfaces.

Nice to Have:

Experience with motion design or prototyping tools like Principle, After Effects, or Framer.
Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) to better collaborate with engineering teams.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
Experience working in a B2B SaaS or tech startup environment
