What You’ll Do

• Partner with the CTO to build and evolve our product from the ground up
• Ship fullstack features in Node.js, React, and TypeScript, fast
• Own performance, reliability, and production issues
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Customer teams
• Help set the bar for engineering culture, processes, and quality

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in fullstack JavaScript (Node.js, React, TypeScript)
• Solid SQL knowledge, ideally with PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience in an early-stage or fast-moving environment
• Problem-solver who’s comfortable with ambiguity and change
• Strong communicator, both technically and interpersonally
• High ownership mentality with a get-it-done attitude
• Growth mindset: open to feedback, fast to learn, always improving
