Software Architecture

The overall architecture consists of a cloud service and a light Windows desktop agent that collects anonymized process data through business application UIs.

Role Overview

As a Desktop Agent Engineer, your focus would be to work on the desktop agent to improve its data collection capabilities while ensuring that data collection works with high security and privacy.

Minimal Qualifications

• Python required
• C# and .Net is a plus
• Microsoft Automation API experience is a big plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding how Windows works under the hood helps a lot
• Installer building and distribution experience is appreciated
• Experience with SaaS product development or other demanding projects would be a plus
