Currently on the lookout for a Product Manager to join a growing B2B SaaS company based in Belfast. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of a platform that’s transforming how businesses collaborate on and visualize data.


As a Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of the roadmap and product delivery, balancing user needs with commercial goals. Ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys turning insight into action.


What you’ll do as a Product Manager:


• Own and define the product roadmap based on user research, stakeholder input, and company strategy

• Collaborate with design and development teams to translate customer needs into deliverable features

• Lead product discovery sessions and validate ideas through user feedback and testing

• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities

• Manage the product backlog and support sprint planning with clearly scoped and prioritised tasks

• Track product performance post-release and iterate based on insights


Skills required from the Product Manager:


• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in a SaaS or startup environment

• Experience delivering customer-facing products from concept to launch

• Strong understanding of user research, data-driven decision-making, and agile workflows

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Track record of working cross-functionally to align teams and drive delivery

• Excellent organisational and time management skills
