We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the Global seller development organisation, one of the fastest growing teams at eBay. Your focus will be on running day-to-day operations of multiple complex projects from inception to implementation, with stakeholders horizontally and vertically within the organization. We’re looking for someone who loves to be hands-on, is able to deliver at speed, thinks big and thrives in a cross-functional organization. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of Digital marketplace business, and able to navigate complex topics to achieve project goals. This role reports into the Global Head of SMB Strategy and Operations and will work collaboratively with regional GTM leads. You must demonstrate excellent planning skills with a business goals centric attitude.

What You Will Accomplish...

• Work with cross-functional project teams, locally and globally, for various projects, ensuring projects are successfully finished, on time and within scope
• Responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitor and control, and delivery
• Maintain and revise project timelines and milestones; act as liaison between teams to ensure that projects are completed and teams are united around common goal
• Be responsible for the Business Requirements for new projects and build well defined new processes tailored to different audiences
• Develop effective project plans and high-quality documentation to meet both immediate and long-term goals
• Identify key project inputs, dependencies, and priorities
• Manage change optimally, ensuring stakeholder readiness through timely communication
• Recommend solutions to business opportunities and customer challenges when appropriate
• Work across cross-functional teams to deliver seamless execution across channels and touchpoints
  
  
  

What You Will Bring...

• Proven Project Management experience, ideally in online commerce and a solid understanding of project management techniques
• Excel and PPT proficient, with great presentation skills
• Innovative, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate progress and issues across a variety of stakeholder groups
• Outstanding organisation, attention to detail
• Facilitate meetings and be capable of ensuring action items are clear and followed through, regardless of stakeholder seniority
• Respect for diverse views and people, with a dedication to shared success in team settings
