Digital Designer

We’re looking for a talented and driven Mid-Weight Digital Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building brands from the ground up and is passionate about crafting compelling visual identities that resonate.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and refine brand identities across digital and print touchpoints
• Design logos, typography systems, color palettes, and comprehensive brand style guides
• Create brand assets and visual systems that are scalable, cohesive, and innovative
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and developers to bring brands to life
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and projects
• Present creative work clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders and clients

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an agency or brand-focused environment
• A strong portfolio showcasing logo design, brand identity systems, and digital design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Figma experience a plus
• A sharp eye for detail, typography, and layout
• Strong understanding of brand strategy and how it translates to visual identity
• Ability to take a brief and turn it into meaningful, creative solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience in motion graphics or animation
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles
• Experience working with startups or rebranding established businesses
