The Opportunity: As Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Rankscale, you will lead our technological vision and actively participate and drive development. This role is ideal for someone who has always wanted to join an ambitious, fast-moving, and dynamic startup at the very beginning of its growth journey. You will significantly influence the company's direction, growth, and product strategy, building state-of-the-art web applications and innovative AI solutions from the ground up.

What You'll Do:

• Establish, lead, and mentor our future engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Define and implement our technological strategy, architecture, frameworks, and infrastructure critical to our growth.
• Oversee the development, maintenance, and scaling of our cloud-based platform, ensuring speed, reliability, and performance.
• Champion diversity, inclusivity, and accessibility within technology practices and team culture.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and CMO to ensure alignment between technology strategies and overall business and marketing objectives.
• Continuously monitor and integrate cutting-edge AI, full-stack, testing and web technologies to ensure Rankscale stays at the forefront of the industry.
