Since January 2025, our newly formed Group IT translates to more than 220 people across 30 countries working together to drive forward our S/4 HANA transformation while taking care of daily business.   • Provide 2nd level support for SAP SuccessFactors modules
  • Offer technical expertise and troubleshooting to resolve issues for HR, legal, and other applications
  • Actively participate in projects related to the development and maintenance of IT business applications
  • Manage the lifecycle of changes to assigned business applications
  • Plan, execute, and oversee testing activities to ensure the quality and functionality of assigned business applications

Your Profile

  • Professional experience in Human Resources, ideally in Application Consulting as well but not mandatory
  • Matura or a Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a similar field
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts and information clearly and effectively
  • Strong drive to meet and exceed performance targets with persistence
  • Innovative thinker, capable of developing new approaches and methods to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Commitment to continuous learning and skill enhancement
  • Sound decision-making skills, with the ability to evaluate options and make decisions that align with established procedures and objectives
  • High level of integrity, consistently demonstrating ethical behavior and maintaining trustworthiness

Due to legal standards in Austria, we are required to disclose the minimum annual gross salary for the position as defined by the collective agreement, which amounts EUR 48,233 € (collective agreement for chemical industry). A willingness to offer additional compensation based on your individual profile and professional experience, as well as a performance bonus, is a given.
