This position is Paris-based, with relocation support available.

Team

You will be an integral part of a newly established internal studio, a dynamic and focused team dedicated to one of our most promising prototype in scale. This studio is specifically chartered to improve this high-potential game up to the successful and market-ready title it is meant to become. 

In this exciting role, your initial focus will be on Card Factory! or This is Blast!, two games that have already demonstrated significant promise and captured our attention with their compelling core mechanics and engaging gameplay.

You'll have the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and refinement of Card Factory! or This is Blast!, leveraging its existing traction to build a truly exceptional player experience. This is a unique chance to join a project with established momentum while still having a significant impact on the future direction within a dedicated and agile studio environment.

Role

We’re seeking a talented and seasoned Producer who is deeply passionate about puzzle games and laser-focused on creating the next big hit. With extensive experience in the industry, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering fun to millions of players. As the driving force behind the game's success, you'll ensure the game  reaches the highest standards of quality and innovation.

1. Project management & Planning:

• Define scope and create schedules
• Drive resource allocation in the studio
• Track progress and mitigate risks

• Oversee QA for quality
• Provide feedback on gameplay and player experience
  

• Establish and refine development workflows
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks
• Implement best practices
  

• Production mastery: A true expert in agile processes, driving smooth and effective production workflows

• Industry veteran: 3+ years as a producer or project manager in: casual mobile games, top consulting companies or fast-paced startup environments
