The Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager/Head of Product with a passion for impactful technology in healthcare. You’ll own the strategy, development, and lifecycle of our AI-driven imaging products—from concept through clinical validation to market. Working at the intersection of data science, radiology, and urology, you’ll be instrumental in turning complex medical problems into intuitive, life-saving tools.

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute the product roadmap for our AI-based prostate imaging platform
• Collaborate closely with radiologists, oncologists, ML engineers, and regulatory experts
• Translate clinical requirements into product specs and user stories
• Guide product through regulatory and compliance stages (e.g., MDR, FDA)
• Support go-to-market strategies and early deployments with partner hospitals
• Conduct user research with physicians to ensure clinical relevance and usability
• Maintain a deep understanding of prostate cancer diagnostics, workflows, and industry trends

About You

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in MedTech, HealthTech, or AI
• Familiarity with medical imaging (e.g., MRI, ultrasound) and DICOM workflows
• Strong communication skills across clinical, technical, and business stakeholders
• Comfortable navigating regulated environments (CE, FDA, MDR, etc.)
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
• Bonus: Experience with prostate cancer, radiology tools, or ML/AI in healthcare
