What you´ll do
- Support the Sustainability Data Team on climate related projects and circularity initiatives within Henkel Consumer Brands
- Conduct research and analyze Scope 3 emissions, Net Zero target achievements, Circular Economy regulations and best practices
- Assist in the development of internal guidelines on sustainability topics, including SBTi, Circularity, and regulatory compliance
- Support with the implementation and improvement of digital tools for Product Carbon Footprint calculations, ensuring accurate data integration and reporting
- Help collect, structure, and analyze sustainability data, particularly for Scope 3 emissions tracking and sustainability reporting
- Student currently pursuing a degree in sustainability, environmental science, data science, business analytics, engineering, or a related field
- Strong research and analytical skills, with an ability to translate sustainability topics into clear guidelines and insights
- Passion for climate strategy, Net Zero initiatives and sustainability data-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with Life Cycle Assessment methodologies, tools, and sustainability reporting frameworks such as the Greenhouse Gas Protocol is an advantage
- Genuine interest in sustainability, particularly greenhouse gas accounting at the product and corporate level, with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Fluency in English Language
