Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our clients Business Support Engineering team working on a major B2B product for telecom providers and handset manufacturers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge full-stack projects, fixing complex technical issues and developing internal operational tools in a large-scale environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive technical design discussions and clearly communicate complex features and system architecture.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Support, and cross-functional teams to refine project specifications.
• Implement and test complex project features, ensuring high-quality delivery within set timelines.
• Design and develop front-end interfaces, underlying APIs, and backend systems using JavaScript (React) and PHP (Hack) / Python.
• Build scalable consumer products and features across a large user base.
• Master internal development standards, contributing to increasingly complex tasks and projects.
• Partner with platform and operations teams to build and scale fully automated operational platforms.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years’ full-stack development experience with JavaScript (React) and PHP (Hack).
• Proven experience delivering complex software projects within tight timelines.
• Experience communicating and collaborating across engineering and business teams.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and experience with decentralized version control tools like Git or Mercurial.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot full-stack issues, and connect the dots between frontend, backend, and data flow.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• Experience developing enterprise-grade products with high-quality standards.
• Strong SQL skills — building large, efficient queries.
• Exposure to multiple programming languages in production environments.
• Previous experience working in a support organization or building internal automation platforms is a plus.
• Any experience with privacy or ad-tech products is highly valued.

Typical Day:

• Triage and resolve technical support tickets (~10 per week), ranging from frontend UI bugs (e.g., broken buttons, missing data) to backend/API troubleshooting.
• Develop internal operational tools to enhance team efficiency and automation.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to refine and deliver scalable solutions.
• Contribute to projects involving database management, full-stack development, UI, and APIs.
