What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own and deliver the 3–5 year digital product strategy and roadmap
• Lead product development, customer journey optimization, and performance reporting
• Shape the end-to-end digital experience across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with marketing, tech, and design teams to execute at pace
• Champion continuous improvement using data, analytics, and customer insights
• Influence investment and innovation at the highest levels

What You’ll Bring:

• A track record in eCommerce, digital product leadership, or transformation
• Deep experience with platforms, personalization, and analytics (Adobe stack a bonus)
• Strategic vision paired with hands-on delivery expertise
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder, and commercial skills
• A curious, agile mindset with a focus on action and outcomes

Bonus Points For:

• SEO, ASO or digital marketing knowledge
• Design thinking or prototyping skills (Figma, Visio)
• Agile delivery and low-code development familiarity
• Telecoms experience or subscription services experience (magazines, TV, film, shopping)
