Overview The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. They will play a critical leadership role in owning the System Analysis space of the Product Manager-Technical role for the team, being the bridge between technical and business stakeholders.


Role
Partner with other Product Owners and Product Managers to identify business/technical opportunities, solve problems, and deliver solutions
Provide technical analysis of product or application hardware and software to ensure that business and functional requirements can be met
Provide technical support to Business Owners during implementation of new products/services
Lead the development of conceptual designs and mocking up screens
Prioritize and identify cross application/system enhancements
Determine development impacts to current processing and work with development team and users to ensure accuracy of enhancements
Deliver on documentation strategy of the applications you own
Perform analysis of system requirements and work closely with developers
Create design considerations that assists team with backend/frontend changes
Lead review sessions of technical requirements
Facilitate product grooming sessions with stakeholders
Collaborate with development staff on software designs
Document and coordinate audit controls and PCI requirements
Partner with scrum team in order to fully elaborate and size features/stories using SAFe methodology

All About You

5 - 8 years experience in related field
Advanced technical knowledge and capability
High-energy, detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to function under pressure in an independent environment
High degree of initiative and self-motivation with a willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong relationship, collaborative and organization skills
Ability to lead more complex projects and serve as mentor to other team members
Relevant experience on large, cross-functional IT projects, including requirements gathering and relationship building with business clients
Able to mentor/grow less experienced team members
