Responsibilities

About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience. The Product Management team is responsible for designing and driving revenue-generating strategic initiatives for various business lines, including Real Assets.

Your Role

• Product Management: Oversee the development and implementation of accounting products tailored for property management, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and client needs.
• Accounting Oversight: Design and enhance accounting processes for diverse European property portfolios and SPVs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Team Supervision: Lead and mentor a cross functional global team which includes property accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, developers, and internal teams to gather requirements, address issues, and enhance product offerings.
• Financial Reporting: Design a product capability and service that ensure the highest quality standards for financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for properties and SPVs, ensuring they reflect accurate financial positions.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on European property regulations and ensure all accounting practices comply with local laws and standards.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  
  

Qualifications

About You:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience in property and construction accounting, including managing European properties and SPVs.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software and property management systems. Strong understanding of European property regulations and accounting standards.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
