Your Mission

As a Software Developer, you will play a critical role in shaping the backbone of our automation systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with developers and engineers to design, build, and maintain robust, scalable back-end applications
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code, following best practices and coding standards
• Test, debug, and optimize applications to ensure performance, security, and reliability
• Maintain clear and structured technical documentation for long-term maintainability
• Work closely with business teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 2 to 5 years of experience in back-end software development on production-grade systems
• Solid understanding of system architecture, distributed systems, and SaaS environments
• Hands-on experience with orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong command of Python, with practical use of Pandas, SQL, and Git in real projects
• Familiarity with collaborative development practices and version control workflows

Last but not least, it will be appreciated if you have experience in:

• Java – particularly in the context of maintaining or extending enterprise or legacy software
• LLMs (Large Language Models) – integrating them into applications (e.g., PDF data extraction) or working with model training/fine-tuning
